The Rachel’s Challenge Presentation, for ages 12 and above, is about the inspiring story of Rachel Scott, whose example of kindness and acceptance was brought to light after she became the first victim of the Columbine High School tragedy. Experience how Rachel’s Challenge is positively impacting K-12 classroom climate, culture and Social/Emotional Learning with powerful and sustainable life-changing programs.
This is a continuation of the experience that is going to take place with the middle school and high school students on 10/21 & 10/22/19
We would like to engage/invite the parents for an evening program.
Our first Mahwah Parent Academy for the 2019-2020 school year will take place October 21, in the Mahwah High School Auditorium at 7:00 PM. Our parents will be able to experience and learn more about Rachel’s Challenge and the amazing impact that Rachel made on her classmates and community members. This is a great way to continue to engage your child on such important topics; kindness, acceptance and creating a positive chain reaction.
